Celia Cruz
Celia Cruz (1925-2003) was one of the most successful Cuban singers of all time. Known as the “Queen of Salsa” or “La Guarachera de Cuba” her fame reached beyond her native Cuban shores, and around the world. She worked all over Latin America and in the USA, and stands alone in her talent although she is well known for her roles in La Sonora Matancera and the Fania All Stars.
